I study and teach martial arts to all ages 6 and up, and all levels of experience.  I am very interested in the history of ancient martial arts forms, and I love hearing the old stories.
Sadly, the English Wikipedia has only a wading pool depth of coverage in the area of Shaolin Kung Fu, which makes small kung fu schools and their informative web sites all the more important for spreading and preserving this awareness and ancient wisdom.
